It is our mission at B Well to give adventurers of all abilities, expertise,  and desires the tools they need to last longer, hurt less, and bring their A-game to every adventure!  We use the methodology of Pilates and yoga as a foundation for physical possibility, in conjunction with nutrition and wellness coaching to develop the program best suited for you to elevate your life and b. well.

Skiing is always fun... sometimes dangerous as we take ourselves to the edge.  The most important thing is to prepare so you can take on everything, from low light to rock drops, steep chutes to magic tree tunnels (only your kids can seem to find over and over), and huge cliff jumps.... That's where my story beings... Chile summer 2000, awesome snow, crazy rides, good food, great friends, and a rockstar Olympian uncle, oh and a huge cliff jump.  As my feet soared off the jump,  the earth fell away, an eternity passed as I watched the cat track below come closer and closer, until BAM, I smashed into it and then was back in the sky.  I left Chile with a broken back and a crushed thumb... it was that poor fate that thankfully lead me to my life's work.  I used the Pilates method to rehab my body and get back to the activities I love, including skiing and snowboarding, figure skating, running, swimming, and hiking.  I became a PSIA certified snowboard instructor in 2003, a certified Pilates in instructor in 2008, a health and wellness advocate for the Steamboat Ski Resort employees in 2014, and a certified health coach in 2017.  I now get to combine my passions for nutrition, exercise, and mountain living to help my clients prepare for their best adventures!

Breath: our powerful life force

Our breath is our power to revitalize and invigorate our bodies, minds, and emotions. Breath has the power to energize and to calm.

Learn to do it well and you will improve your health, by boosting the efficiency of all the systems of your body, including your immunity, while increasing you capacity to regulate your thoughts, emotions, moods, and actions.

Try this when you are feeling tense, scared, or impatient:

Breathe in fully (Inhale) for a count of 4

Hold the breath for a count of 4

Breathe out completely (Exhale) for a count of 4

Hold the breath for a count of 4

REPEAT for 2-5 minutes
